Data – Product Manager

The Data Product Manager position will oversee the development and management of data-driven products. This role is critical for ensuring the delivery of regulatory reporting solutions that align with industry standards and compliance requirements. The role will lead a team of two product owners. This role is designed for an individual with strong skills in data product management and a focus on regulatory compliance. It requires leadership of a small team and collaboration across departments to meet the company’s data and regulatory objectives in a fast-paced environment

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, with a strong emphasis on regulatory reporting tools and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., compliance, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders) to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet regulatory and business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure data products comply with iGaming regulatory frameworks, including the creation and maintenance of reporting systems for audits, licensing, and compliance obligations.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable data product features and specifications.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance functionality and usability.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate and use stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

What we are looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Science or a related field; equivalent delivery-focused experience is equally valued.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, quality, and analytics.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or working within a highly regulated industry (e.g., iGaming, finance, or healthcare).
• Familiarity with iGaming regulations and reporting requirements is highly desirable.
• Prior experience managing small teams (1-2 direct reports) with a hands-on leadership style.
