Join our dynamic Sportsbook Operations Team and play a key role in the exciting world of sports betting. As a Sportsbook Settlement Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate and timely settlement of sportsbook markets, while providing advanced support to internal teams and B2B partners. This is a shift-based role, covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sportsbook settlement support to the Sportsbook 2nd Line team.
  • Assist Betsson’s B2B Sportsbook partners with queries and support related to market settlement.
  • Liaise with internal Sportsbook Trading teams to ensure customers and partners receive efficient and timely responses.
  • Manually settle all sportsbook markets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyse reports related to unsettled markets and take necessary actions.
  • Assist the technical team and third-party providers in identifying and resolving sportsbook settlement issues.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of sportsbook settlement backend tools.
  • Support additional administrative tasks related to sportsbook operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of sportsbook products and a passion for sports.
  • Strong knowledge of sports odds and betting practices.
  • Proficiency in mathematics, including concepts like statistics and probability.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
