A great Opportunity has arisen within Betsson Group. We are looking for a Head of Product for Campaigns & Rewards to join us in the Malta Headquarters.

As Head of Product – Campaign and Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Betsson’s strategic objective to deliver the best customer experience in the iGaming industry. This is a senior leadership position that combines vision, strategy, and execution to shape how Betsson and its B2B partners engage and reward customers across multiple markets
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Define and communicate the product vision for Betsson’s Campaign and Rewards products, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and B2B partners to set commercially impactful goals and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Own, the roadmap balancing customer and business value, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Data, and Operations teams ensure seamless delivery of customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement through customer and partner feedback, market insights, and analytics.
- Represent and advocate for Campaign and Rewards products across Betsson, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiate, lead, and take product accountability for key strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty and successful CRM
- Work in close partnership with other product leaders and delivery teams to align priorities, share insights, and drive successful outcomes across multiple projects and strategic initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for both product success and team growth.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree, training or relevant on the job experience in a related domain.
- 10+ years working in product management & product related roles.
- Relevant iGaming Experience working with CRM, Rewards, Campaigns, Gamification or other similar customer retention features.
