Betsson Group’s award-winning Customer Service department has managed to secure a hard-earned nomination for ‘Best Customer Experience’ the CX Exchange Awards UK happening on the 2nd December 2024 in London.

Those familiar with Betsson’s modus operandi know that Customer Service is at the very heart of our operations. From a proactive approach to dealing with customer issues before they arise, to a top tier onboarding procedure, and state-of-the-art tools leading to a unique experience for our customers.

Melissa Zalbeigi, the Director of Customer Service Operations at Betsson Group shared what this award means to the department. “We are honoured and excited to be nominated for this award.
