The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Jira & Application Administrator to support and enhance Betsson Georgia’s internal platforms. You will manage our Atlassian Jira/Confluence Cloud ecosystem, own several enterprise applications, and work closely with product, engineering, and corporate teams. The role involves system governance, automation, integrations, and developing custom functionality on Atlassian Forge.

Key Responsibilities: 

Jira Administration

• Full administration of Jira Software & Jira Service Management;

• Design workflows, screens, fields, permissions, SLAs, queues, forms;

• Optimize UI configuration and system performance;

• Manage Jira Assets CMDB structures and AQL-based object models;

• Create automations and lifecycle flows;

• Build service portals and enterprise workflows;

• Ensure governance, RBAC, and compliance alignment.

Atlassian Development & Integrations

Application Administration

Requirements:

• Strong workflow, automation, and service desk configuration skills;
