The Role:
The customer service role at Betsson Group involves assisting English–speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. Customer service agents are responsible for translating promotional texts and surveys and managing customer accounts while following responsible gaming practices. Responsibilities:
- Assist English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Additional language skills are considered a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts
