HR & Office Coordinator

We are a multi-national company employing more than 2,300 people from over 70+ nationalities in 17 locations globally. 

We are looking for someone who can ensure excellent employee experience in the Budapest office, by managing the office administration, the work environment and BEE (Betsson Employee Experience) activities, and supporting the HR Manager with agreed HR related areas.

A taster of what you will be involved with

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

• Provide support to the HR team by administering employee benefits and perks, such as health insurance and team-building activities.
• Assist the HR team by collecting and reporting expenses and invoices related to BEE & EB events, office perks, and team-building activities.
• Contribute to the HR team by ensuring an excellent employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support recruiters in managing Employer Branding Events.
• Assisting HR Manager in managing the approved office related budget.
• Supporting any office maintenance and well-being and related stakeholder management.
• Responsibility for the Budapest office work environment – making sure the documentation required for the work environment regulations is compliant, and implementation of those requirements/trainings in the office.
• Administration of the mandatory occupational health services.
• Administration of the reception services.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years experience in a similar support role (Office Administrator/Office Support).
• Excellent spoken and written in English and Hungarian.
• The successful candidate will be based ideally on-site 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
