As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting the global and regional teams with the short and long-term optimisation & implementation of the processes and resources used by all teams.

A flavour of what you'll be doing 

• Own the execution of our marketing planning and budgeting systems.  

• Support research and identify areas for improvement across all marketing teams. 

• Assist with the setup and implementation of new Systems and processes. 

• Aid in the planning and execution of projects that help marketing staff complete work faster and better. 

• Onboard and support new staff on budget management systems and provide relevant training. 

• Regularly provide budget reports and work close with finance & analytics on projections.   

• Conduct regular internal audits of our marketing budget classification and support budget owners and line managers with improving accuracy. 

• Assist with any other marketing operations tasks or projects were necessary. 

You're good at 

• Detail oriented and structured skillset.  

• Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines.  

• Strong at stakeholder management and communication.  

• Problem solver and ‘let’s do it attitude’. 

• Curious mindset who are interested in learning everyday. 

• Marketing and iGaming knowledge is a plus.
