The Wow

The B2B Partnerships Manager is a commercial account management role responsible for driving growth, revenue and long-term value across a portfolio of B2B partners. Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding partner businesses and objectives, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring partner needs are represented effectively within Betsson. Working closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Trading, Finance and Compliance, you will help coordinate partner initiatives, monitor commercial performance and contribute to the long-term success of strategic partnerships.

You’re good at

  • Act as the as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned B2B partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth and maximise the commercial performance of assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of partner businesses, objectives, markets, products and performance drivers.
  • Represent partner needs internally and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective execution and delivery.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Identify and execute commercial initiatives to support partner growth and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare business reviews, performance reports, forecasts and commercial updates for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple partner accounts concurrently while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness.
  • Provide regular performance updates and business insights to the Director of B2B Partnerships and senior management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role within the online gaming industry.
  • Proven experience building and managing commercial relationships while contributing to business growth.
  • Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook products, as well as key commercial metrics related to acquisition, retention and monetisation.
  • Knowledge and practical experience within the online gambling industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make business-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
