Payroll Coordinator

Betsson is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support our payroll and finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing monthly employee expenses.
  • Input and manage payroll data from different teams.
  • Calculate and submit deductions, leave, sick pay, overtime, and on-call payments in a timely manner.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments.
  • Perform monthly payroll closing duties and reporting.
  • Handle payroll-related reconciliations.
  • Address employee payroll queries daily.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: O-Level or MCAST Certificate.
Experience: 1+ years in a payroll & finance environment.
Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Well-organized with great time management.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
  • Committed and driven with a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
