OFI Crete FC in the Greek Cup Betsson Final after 35 years!

In the thrilling semi-final at “Theodoros Vardinogiannis” Stadium on April 2nd, OFI, wearing the iconic orange Betsson jersey, secured a 1-1 draw against Asteras Tripolis, clinching their coveted ticket to the Greek Cup Betsson final. In a match filled with intensity, twists, and unforgettable moments, the Heraklion-based team made history and is now set to compete for the trophy against Olympiacos.

The qualification sparked celebrations throughout Heraklion, with fans flooding the streets to rejoice in this remarkable achievement. OFI is making its third appearance in a Greek Cup Betsson final, aiming to win its second title after the triumph of 1987. The last time OFI played in a final, in 1990, they faced Olympiacos, just as they will this year.
