The Human Resources department is responsible for the people at Betsson Group – our Betssonites. HR supports people managers and employees, handle HR systems and act as ambassadors of Betsson’s culture and values.

Our HR team is made up of dedicated specialists who provide expert guidance and drive key initiatives across their respective areas. From Compensation & Benefits to Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition, they make sure Betsson Group is a great place to work.
Office & Facilities
The Office & Facilities teams are responsible for among other things inspiring workplaces, reception and travel management. In this team, we have our receptionists, travel coordinators and facilities managers who make our amazing offices such great places to work. Of course, the team is also responsible for planning events, including our legendary parties.
Responsibilities
Business partnering
The HR managers at Betsson Group provide business partnering support that includes resource planning, employment law, development, performance management, time off, and addressing day to day questions from the managers and employees. We have local HR managers in all of our locations, giving tailormade support to each function.
Shared Services
One part of our HR department is HRSS, Human Resources Shared Services. We have a team of HR Associates and Administrators in Malta mastering the people flow with smooth entries and exits, on-boarding, employment relations, employment agreements, permits, relocation, policy updates etc. They manage a range of initiatives including any HR system improvements to meet our strategic business needs.
