I joined Betsson 15 years ago as a Customer Support Team Manager and progressed through various roles to become COO in 2017. Many of Betsson employees have followed similar paths, starting in as Customer Service Agents, Payments Analytics, CRM Coordinators, and other roles before progressing into leadership roles. I would recommend Customer Service to anyone considering a career change. It’s the department that gives you a deep understanding of the customer, their needs, and the product and tools we use.
