This is an opportunity to join the Trading team as a BasketballTrader. You will be based in the Betsson offices and form part of a team that is responsible for pricing and trading all aspects of a variety of sports and events.
This role reports to a Senior Trader and will encompass the overseeing of all stages of the market life cycle including quality assurance at each stage of the process in order to maximise revenues and minimise client contacts. The requirements of our B2B partners must be at the forefront of all trader’s thoughts. This role will focus on the trading of Basketball events from the European leagues/competitions but will include training and trading of the other key US sports (American Football, Ice Hockey and Baseball) and will provide a platform to explore all the opportunities the Company has to offer.
Responsibilities:
As a Basketball trader, you will focus on trading and managing basketball matches. Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Focus on rapidly expanding in-house Basketball Player Props service through efficient model manipulation with price and liability monitoring
- Provide timely adjustments to trading models/platforms and monitoring of market conditions to maintain accurate pre-match outputs
- Prepare trading models for in-play events through accurate entry of pricing variables using the underlying market as a basis
- Ensure accurate entry of in-play match data for in-play events
- Monitor SSLN partner trackers to inform price movements, pre-match and in-play
- Perform operational tasks in relation to maintaining an efficient pricing and trading service for Risk Managed Services (RMS) partners
- Liaise with Managed Trading Services (MTS) department to ensure all SSLN trading related obligations are fulfilled to the highest possible standard
- Add tags and comments on RMS partners betflow to aid retrospective client management by Performance Analysis team
- Ensure accurate entry of in-play match data for in-play events
- Have awareness of wholesale client requirements depending on sport/jurisdiction/market liquidity
- Report model/pricing/feed provider issues to Senior Trading team
- Communicate with Front Line Support during trading to ensure accurate and efficient service is provided to all clients
What we’re looking for
- Pasion and excellent knowledge of Basketball with strong interest in the Euro league and other major European competitions. Knowledge of American Football, Baseball and Ice Hockey considered an advantage.

You will work closely with the Office & Facilities team to assist in day-to-day activities, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to special projects that keep our workplace running smoothly. Along the way, you’ll gain experience in budget tracking, event planning, and operational process improvements, while developing key skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving that will set you up for a successful career in facilities or office management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Office & Facilities team in managing day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Support coordination with external service providers such as cleaning, catering, and maintenance teams.
- Help maintain oversight of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, invoices, and expenses related to office operations.
- Support planning and execution of office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on facility performance metrics and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination and contract management.
What we are looking for:

Recent Graduate in Business, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of office operations or facility management is a plus but not require
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.

- Data-savvy with a sharp eye for KPIs, hiring funnels, and recruitment metrics.
- As a Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the team culture, so this position requires being on-site five days a week.
