Malta is not only our sunniest location but also Betsson Group’s operational headquarters. Betsson was one of the first online gaming companies to be licensed on the island way back in 2004. Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest employers on the island.
Betssonites in Malta work across central functions such as HR, Legal and Finance, Customer Service, Communications, Odds Compiling, Digital Marketing and Technology.
In Malta we have two offices: our operational HQ, Betsson Experience Centre – a cool eight-storey building in the upmarket area of Ta’ Xbiex overlooking a beautiful marina, and the E2 Hub – a prime location in St Julian’s, the cosmopolitan centre of the island.

Betsson Experience Centre
Our Experience Centre in Malta is the heart of Betsson Group – a space designed to inspire collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing. Spanning eight floors, it brings together teams from Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Communications under one roof, making it the central hub for many of our core functions.
The office blends modern design with comfort, reflecting our culture of teamwork and energy. The top floor is dedicated to social connection and relaxation, with sunny terraces, lounge areas, and spaces to unwind and recharge. Every Friday, colleagues gather for after-work drinks, creating a vibrant end to the week.
Across all floors, you’ll find fully equipped kitchens, fresh fruit, coffee and tea, and a welcoming café at the entrance serving barista coffee, smoothies, and light meals. Free parking and excellent transport links make commuting easy.
E2 Hub
The E2 Hub is our second office in Malta and home to our round-the-clock operations. Designed as a place where people can work, grow and thrive, it embodies the same energy and spirit found across Betsson Group.
Here, you’ll find our operational teams, including Customer Service, Sportsbook and Payments – all working in shifts to deliver the best customer experience at any hour of the day. The office operates 24/7, supporting our global brands and ensuring seamless service for millions of players worldwide.
