As the Head of Data & Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision and strategy for the data organisation within a data mesh environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all core products—such as reports, dashboards, data feeds, and integrations—are robust, precise, accurate, performant, and user-friendly.
You will provide guidance to the engineering team on best practices, actively promoting a modern and agile culture throughout the department. A continual focus on improvement and the maintenance of high-performance standards across all engineering teams is essential in this role.
Collaboration is key, and you will partner closely with the Product organisation to ensure smooth and agile product development.
