- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while providing support to employees. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities :
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, expenses, and payments
- Process employee expenses, overtime, and on-call reports
- Manage consultant invoices and ensure timely processing
- Prepare and execute payroll payments and support month-end closing duties.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with monthly payroll closing
- Work closely with HR to ensure employee data accuracy and update records as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in payroll or finance administration is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Key Responsibilities
- Market Management: Managing the Cricket offering for both pre-match and in-play markets.
- Special Markets: Bringing creativity to our Player Specials offer
- Data Analysis: Collecting, managing, and analysing data to improve offering and manage risk.
- Competitive Offering: Ensuring a full and competitive sports offering is always provided to our customers.
- Provider Management: Communicating with our set providers and ensuring correct mapping and format of fixtures.
- Risk Management: Maintaining close control on risk and outcomes to enhance customer analysis and spot betting trends.
- Market Monitoring: Monitoring global market trends and competitor activity.
- Problem Solving: Effective error reporting and quick resolution of settlement queries.
- Team Support: Assisting the wider Sportsbook team with other sports as required.
- Product Growth: Providing feedback and input to improve the cricket product and assisting with testing new providers.
- Client Risk Analysis (CRA): Monitor incoming bets in real-time to identify sharp customers, arbitrage betting, and suspicious activity.
What we’re looking for
- Deep Cricket Knowledge: Passion for competitions such as the IPL, Big Bash (BBL), The Ashes, ICC World Cups, The Hundred, PSL, and international Test/ODI series.
- Strong numerical ability with a focus on probability, risk distribution, and an understanding of cricket statistics (Strike Rates, DLS method, etc.).
- Prior experience with 3rd-party trading tools is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working under pressure and making swift decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a high level of self-motivation
- Flexibility to work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Based in Malta or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)
