Malta

Life at Betsson Malta

Malta is not only our sunniest location but also Betsson Group’s operational headquarters. Betsson was one of the first online gaming companies to be licensed on the island way back in 2004. Since then, we have grown to be one of the largest employers on the island.

Betssonites in Malta work across central functions such as HR, Legal and Finance, Customer Service, Communications, Odds Compiling, Digital Marketing and Technology.

In Malta we have two offices: our operational HQ, Betsson Experience Centre – a cool eight-storey building in the upmarket area of Ta’ Xbiex overlooking a beautiful marina, and the E2 Hub – a prime location in St Julian’s, the cosmopolitan centre of the island.

Why Malta?

300 days of Sunshine

With over 300 sunny days per year, Malta enjoys more hours of sunshine than any other European country! This allows us to spend plenty of time outdoors exploring the beautiful islands. There is an endless list of exciting entertainment, suitable for everyone no matter where your interest lies.

Perks

Being a family-friendly company, we have extended the paid maternal leave, the paid birth leave for male employees and extra days for bereavement and marriage leave. We offer 15 full days of sick leave and we even offer all parents to use 5 of these days to care for sick children.

Benefits

We want only the best for our Betssonites, and that is why our benefits and time-off policies are above and beyond the local market norm. Our benefits package includes private health insurance, life insurance, temporary total disability insurance and a yearly wellness allowance.
