This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of content localization and front-end delivery for Betsson Group’s market entry in Africa, beginning with with a first country in the west Francophone region. As CMS & Content Coordinator – Africa, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the digital presence across sportsbook and casino, ensuring every customer interaction reflects a locally tailored, mobile-optimized, and brand-aligned experience.
You will work with EveryMatrix’s fully managed front-end CMS, CasinoEngine’s game management system, and the supporting delivery infrastructure to publish content, manage promotions, update lobbies, and ensure real-time responsiveness. This role is ideal for someone who combines meticulous attention to detail with a passion for localized user experiences and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Manage all on-site content updates across sportsbook, casino, and promotional areas via the CMS platform.
- Coordinate and execute content localization in multiple languages, ensuring consistency with brand tone, regulatory compliance, and market fit.
- Update and configure game lobbies using Casino Engine’s back-office tools, including game categorization, tags, banners, and placement.
- Oversee banner, carousel, and module updates for web and mobile; ensure design files are prepared in line with the platform delivery specifications.
- Liaise with marketing and CRM teams to implement campaign materials and conversion assets across multiple front-end placements.

The Wow

As Director of Player Experience, the purpose of your role is to continuously elevate the user experience and design of our products.
