– Improvement of current PSP processes
– Coordinate with other departments
– Perform testing and quality assurance throughout integrations
– Lead internal operational projects
– Follow up with providers on performance, KPI’s and transaction troubleshooting
– Communicate product changes to all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a business within payment operations, preferably in the iGaming sector.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and solving problems.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a big plus.
