The shortlist for the 2026 Global Regulatory Awards (GRAs) has been announced, with Betsson Group receiving nominations in three categories.

Betsson Group’s Legal Team has been shortlisted for Legal Team of the Year, while the company’s Deputy General Counsel, Dario Evangelista, has been nominated for Regulatory Lawyer or In-House Counsel of the Year. Katrina Strydom, Betsson Group’s Compliance Manager, has also been nominated for the Compliance Rising Star Special Award.
The Global Regulatory Awards by Vixio recognise and honour the achievements of individuals, teams and organisations across regulated industries that demonstrate excellence in areas including compliance, corporate social responsibility and safer gambling.
The nominations reflect Betsson Group’s continued commitment to maintaining high standards in legal, regulatory and compliance practices. Compliance is an integral part of how the Group conducts business, helping to ensure transparency, fairness and trust across the markets in which it operates.

Operating across multiple regulated markets requires strong expertise, close collaboration and the ability to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. These nominations highlight the dedication behind the Group’s approach to responsible and sustainable operations.
The winners will be announced at the Global Regulatory Awards on 18 November 2026 at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
