Betsson Group Affiliates has strengthened its three-year collaboration with the Foodbank Lifeline Foundation during the festive period, continuing a partnership that has become a meaningful fixture in the team’s annual community engagement efforts.

Since 2022, the Betsson Group Affiliates team has rallied employees to collect essential non-perishable food items in support of the Foundation’s ongoing work. The Foodbank Lifeline Foundation currently provides food packs to more than 350 families every week, playing an important role in supporting vulnerable individuals and households facing periods of hardship.

This year’s initiative delivered a substantial contribution of food items, further reinforcing Betsson Group Affiliates’ commitment to creating tangible, positive impact. Alongside the collection drive, team members also volunteered on site at the Foundation’s premises. Their hands-on involvement included sorting incoming goods and preparing individual food bags for distribution, ensuring resources reached those who need them most in a timely and efficient manner.

“Our collaboration with the Foodbank Lifeline Foundation is a cornerstone of our annual CSR efforts,” said Shakyra Jonsson, Head of Affiliate Operations. “It’s inspiring to see the team’s consistent enthusiasm for the Reverse Advent Calendar campaign year after year. Knowing that our collective effort directly supports over 350 families weekly is a powerful motivator for us to continue giving back to the Maltese community.”

Betsson Group Affiliates remains committed to supporting meaningful causes throughout the year, with this seasonal initiative serving as a strong highlight of their ongoing engagement.

The team encourages businesses and individuals to support the Foodbank Lifeline Foundation’s work. Donations can be made directly through their website.
