On 4th February we marked World Cancer Day and our colleagues in Stockholm have made a donation to Cancerfonden – the Swedish Cancer Society. The donation of 42,000 SEK was collected by our Betssonites in Sweden and doubled by Betsson AB.
In Sweden, one in three receives a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime. In order for fewer people to be affected and more people to survive, the Swedish Cancer Society funds research, disseminates information about cancer, and influences decision-makers on important issues.
