Betsson Group Celebrated at the EGR Operator Awards 2025

Betsson Group has been recognised with multiple honours at the prestigious EGR Operator Awards 2025, held last night in London, celebrating our innovation, product excellence, and leadership in sustainability.

On 22 October, Betsson Group secured two major wins – In-House Product and ESG Strategy of the Year – along with a Silver Award for Sports Betting Operator.

Our ESG Strategy of the Year award marks the third consecutive win since the category was introduced in 2023, reaffirming Betsson’s position as a sustainability leader in the industry. In 2024, Betsson achieved record-breaking results while maintaining an AAA MSCI ESG rating and driving industry-wide progress on responsible business practices.

Meanwhile, our in-house technology – including Techsson and our proprietary sportsbook – delivered strong growth, enhanced scalability, and competitive advantage during the period under review, further reinforcing our position as one of the most innovative operators in the sector.

The EGR Operator Awards honour the very best across the iGaming world, recognising those setting new standards in technology, responsibility, and player experience.

Earlier the same day, Betsson was also present at the EGR London Summit 2025, organised in partnership with Safer Gambling Week, which will be held between 17–23 November. The summit brought together industry experts to discuss regulatory developments, player protection, and the future of ESG, DEI, and AI ethics within an evolving global landscape.

These achievements bring Betsson Group’s total awards for 2025 to 38 – a remarkable achievement showcasing the passion, innovation, and excellence of Betssonites across the business.
