For the Employer of the Year award recognises Betsson Group’s commitment to organisational performance improvement through investment in the recruitment, personal and skills development and motivation of every individual employee. Special consideration was given to the operator that showed evidence of a clear plan towards integrating a strong company culture right across the business.

Judges looked at several criteria, such as:

– Staff retention and employee engagement

– Positive leadership and management

– Incentive and benefit schemes

– Quality of training initiatives

 

The Customer Services Operator of the Year award recognises that Betsson Group has, for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrated that it truly has the customer at the heart of its business, and manages its resources to continuously improve its performance standards ensuring it can meet the needs of its entire customer base.

Judges looked at multiple key criteria, such as:

– Staff engagement in customer satisfaction strategy

– Continual training and development

– Continual measurement

– Competitive advantage

– Impact on retention



The Employer of the Year category had 10 shortlisted companies: Betsson Group (WINNER), Coingaming, Gaming Innovation Group, Hero Gaming, LeoVegas, Lottoland, Mr Green (William Hill), Parimatch, Sky Betting & Gaming, and Stoiximan/Betano Group.

The Customer Services Operator of the Year category had 9 shortlisted companies: Betsson Group (WINNER), Buzz Bingo, Estoril Sol Digital, Genesis Global Limited, Mr Green (William Hill), Netbet, Rank, tombola, and Videoslots. Betsson Group was chosen as the winner.
