Betsson Group shortlisted at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA 2025

Betsson Group is proud to share that it has been nominated at the Global Gaming Awards Europe, Middle East & Africa 2025 in four categories: Online Sports Betting Operator of the Year, Online Casino of the Year, Social Responsibility of the Year and Jonna Danlund, Betsson Group’s Head of ESG is nominated for Executive of the Year. These awards recognise and reward the gaming industry’s strongest performers across the previous 12 months, with a strong focus on the EMEA region. The Global Gaming Awards have gained respect amongst industry heavyweights and are considered one of the most trusted awards in the industry.  

The awards voting process involves a panel of over 50 industry executives who will cast their vote for a winner and a runner-up across all categories except the categories in which they have a conflict of interest. Betsson Group’s CEO, Jesper Svensson, will contribute with his extensive expertise as a member of the Judging Panel, lending his voice to celebrate excellence in iGaming. 

The winners will be revealed during an exclusive ceremony on the 20th of January 2025 in Barcelona, at the end of Day 1 of ICE 2025. The event will be live-streamed, ensuring everyone can join in on the excitement.
