At Betsson Group, creating a positive impact extends beyond our business. Through our Social Impact initiatives, we support communities and causes where practical assistance can make a meaningful difference. Our continued contributions to humanitarian efforts in Ukraine are one example of this commitment.

Most recently, Betsson Group supported Help99, an Estonia-based initiative that coordinates practical aid to Ukraine through targeted fundraising campaigns. Through a €5,000 contribution to the Help99 “Witcher Community x NAFO” campaign, Betsson Group helped fund a transport vehicle supporting medical and evacuation efforts carried out by the medical battalion of Ukraine’s 14th Regiment.

As a token of appreciation, Betsson Group received campaign patches and a signed Ukrainian unit flag. These were shared with our Ukrainian colleagues, alongside thank you messages.

Betsson Group Backs Help99 Campaign to Deliver Support to Ukraine

This contribution builds on Betsson Group’s support for humanitarian initiatives in Ukraine since 2022.

In 2023, we supported Operation Aid by contributing funds towards the acquisition of an ambulance for use in Ukraine. The versatile vehicle was designed to navigate damaged and hard-to-reach areas, helping rescue victims and transport them to safety.

Betsson Group followed up in 2024 with a donation of €6,125 (SEK 70,000) to help maintain the ambulance of Operation Aid and keep it operational. The funding helped ensure that this critical resource could continue providing essential assistance in affected communities.

These initiatives reflect Betsson Group’s broader commitment to community engagement and social responsibility. By partnering with organisations that deliver practical, on-the-ground support, we aim to contribute to meaningful efforts that help people facing difficult circumstances.

While the challenges in Ukraine remain significant, Betsson Group remains committed to supporting initiatives that deliver practical assistance where it is needed most. By working with organisations that operate close to the communities they serve, we can help contribute to meaningful, real-world impact.
